Customer Segments
My customer segments are made up of different kinds of patients. I specifically target post- surgery patients who will most likely need physical therapy during their recovery. With my physical therapy, these post-surgery patients can make significant improve n their body functions. Athletes, usually from any sport will need some physical therapy whether they are currently playing or have played in their past. My facility will also work with any patients dealing with mobility issues no matter what age.
Value Proposition
We find ways to work with our patients even outside of the facility. After two to three sessions, the therapist will give the patient at-home exercises to complete daily. When the patients complete their exercises at home, they can feel relief, less pain, and less stress. Completing their exercises at home can help the patient feel as if they’ve completed something. The patients can also do their exercises if they are bored or feeling like they want to be active and not lazy.
Channels
Using my different channels, I am able to reach my potential clients. Patients can hear of my therapy clinic therapy through word of mouth and referrals. The referrals can come from other businesses that I am partnered with. I can also use social media like Facebook, Twitter or health blogs as channels.
Customer Relationships
I like to establish a good relationship with all of my patients. As part of our good relationship, I can do follow-up phone calls for each patient. I can remember past conversations and/ or talk about related subjects which in turn will familiarize me with the patient. I can also send out different types of cards for appreciation to the customer such as ‘Thank You” cards and Holiday Greeting cards.
Revenue Streams
In my facility, there will be many things that can bring in more revenue. I’ll have an indoor pool that can be used by all my patients. I’ll also have a rock climbing section for patients and others to use. These services will be available to the patient depending on the prices that they can pay. My patients can also buy heat& ice packs and rubbing ointments to take with them to use.
Key Activities
My facility is required to do daily tasks to ensure that the company operates successfully. The therapist will usually always diagnose the patients. The Therapist along with the receptionist will conduct phone calls with patients. The phone calls are usually for setting up appointments, and finding out about more information from the patient.
Key Resources
To work in the facility as a Physical Therapist, requires the proper training and education. This usually requires a degree from PT school. There is also a Primal Reflex class in which there many techniques and methods to learn from. My facility will also have state-of-the-art equipment that I’ll get from my supply companies. There will be three to four exercise technicians in the facility and they require training.
Key Partners
In my line of work, it is important to have a good partnership with other businesses. I’ll develop a good relationship with PT schools and Allied Health programs from schools like FAMU. I can also reach out to the FSU Exercise Science Program. My supplies and equipment will come from the supply companies that I am partnered with. Some supply companies are 3B Scientific, and Meyer Physical Therapy.
Cost Structure
The costs of my expenses will include the costs of Schooling/ Education and the Primal Reflex class. It will also include to the costs of the equipment and supplies that I’ll use in my facility. The costs of the Holiday greeting and “Thank You” cards will also be an expense.
